Ruth Glick is a full time arbitrator and mediator whose skill and knowledge of ADR derives from her background as a lawyer, businesswoman and educator. She has over 25 years experience as a dispute resolver in both her legal and business careers and was Adjunct Professor of Arbitration and ADR Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law for ten years. She serves as a full time neutral for business, labor and employment, commercial, securities, financial, real estate, technology, and medical malpractice disputes. She is on the commercial arbitration and mediation panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), Office of the Independent Administrator, as well as on a number of court, industry, labor and government ADR panels. An author and lecturer on ADR topics, she received her B.A. degree from Northwestern University, law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and mediation training at Harvard Law School. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, an IMI Certified Mediator and a Diplomat Member of the California Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She was honored for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Mediation in 2008 by The Mediation Society of San Francisco.
